What should I do if I haven't received the PDF I bought?

No worries. First look into your junk email to make sure it wasn't sent there by mistake. If you can't find it there either leave us a quick message at rajaa@umanaexperts.com or in the contact us section of our website and we will make sure to resend you an email with your PDF within 24h.

YES! If you subscribed to our newsletter you will be notified in advance of our upcoming events and have the possibility to RSVP before registration become open for everyone. To reserve your place you will have to answer the email informing you of the upcoming event you want to assist

this will automatically reserve your place at the event.

When you buy a digital product such as workbooks or PDF you won't have the possibility to make a refund since, when making this purchase an email with the digital product is automatically sent to you. Registration to events will also not be refundable, however if you are non capable of assisting to the event you will be provided with the recording if available.

When the events are recorded, you will be able to procure yourself the recording 24 to 72 hours after the event. If you register to our newsletter you will get an email notifying you of this possibility. 

Yes, the products presented in our online events will be available in our "product" section for a limited period of time. Note that any discount offered during the event might not be available after the online event.
